the update of a week ago.

i know, i major in procrastination. my bad.! haha.


22nd May 2008,

i was kept busy with endless wrappings. again, credits to my procrastination. with stacks of newspapers easily available, it really doesnt matter how the gifts are wrapped. as long as he got to dive into his presents, that will do. haha.!






and then, of course.
i was left to complete the cake deco, once again. we had three stacks of cheesecakes, with oreos and lemon glace and marshmallows and butter icings. was sucha mouthful please. haha. i prefer the second cake though, simple and neat.


and and. go figure what i had iced on it,
Harun Hog.! HAHAHA. okay, meannn. =P
(but my drawing is pretty okay.! he liked it please, haha.!)




everything was rudimentary, i suppose. but butt. the orphanage game was, hype.! like, ultra hype.! dint even get to snap any photo since he completed the game uberly fast. haha. i was running all over the house with my hp on video mode trying to tail him. my tummy ached thereafter, from excessive laughing.

overall, a pretty celebration indeed.




and for the record. despite the uncountable episode that i had addressed my dear Harun baby as HOG,
(no matter how hog-gy he may be at times, haha.)

so although the friendly was against a sec sch, a match is a match. and well, that's a pretty trashing darlings.! whee.!
(im excluding the sch's name- flaunting victory agaisnt a weaker opponent wouldnt be very noble ey.? haha. plus im sure they fought hard, credits for the bravery to match J2s yeah.!)

i've definitely been putting my brain cells to waste for the pass uncountable weeks- and the effects are beginning to surface.

i was to accompany darling aimah to RP for her i-dunno-what award on wednesday, the event was 2-5pm. thing is, i had also idiotically booked my driving lesson at 3pm.! urgh. so she eventually went with dearest daddy. buttt to make matter even more idiotic,
my lesson is actually on THURSDAY.

and i only realised that at 3pm, YCK mrt station, WEDNESDAY. uhhuh.!

being predominantly at home, what difference is 14/05 and 15/05 to me.? zilch.
i really felt like kicking-slapping-whacking myself there and then please,
super duper dumbbb.


so anyway. thurs's lesson was blissful. i finally completed a series of vertical parkings without my instructor barking through the window from outside, haha. and when i diddd ter-stalled the engine after reversing, he had already went,
"okay, free gear."

so yes, i was spared from woof-woof. hahahaa.
(okay, im starting to crap. cos im getting to fri's updates.! hee.)

met up with aimah darling afterwards to shop-shop for 16/05.!
(yes, this date does make a diff to me. haha.)

and so friday comes.!

most of my time at home was spent wrapping presents. the good thing is- having presents wrapped in newspapers does nt bother my lil brothers, not one bit.! even better, im definitely not bothered when they RIP the wrappings apart.!

how my heart aches when pretty wrapping papers get ripped off. huahahaaa.

we only started the celebration at night, cos my abg was home veryyy late from hockey trg.
(euw, yucks. hockey.? eyerrr.!) HAHA.

and so dearest daddy bought lots and lots of McD's (in conjuction with dinner.) for the celebration.! WHEE.

there were lots of 'M's arranged on the table, kudos to dearest daddy. like a McD sponsored bday, haha.! Musa was darn delighted. =)) and i was darnnn full.!
and ouwh.! our lemon cake was gorgeous.!! complete credits to dearest mummy.! i tink i ate half of the whole cake in 24hrs.!

OMG MUNI, all that was lost was gained.! hahahaa.


friday's evening itself, i was sweating and panting and laughing-till-my-tummy-hurts.! Aza darling had asked me down to help with some 'damage control', take over their all-J2s trg. thing is, i invited the rest of my fb-darlings too.! even ex-msVcapt FINALLY came down.! HEE.

YUNI, SHA, NAZ, NAT.! FBLOVES.*

we ended up having a match with one line for ONE HOUR. imagine the game with the depleted state of our stamina.! hahahaa. so it was gorgeous IJ floorballers, J2s vs J3s.
(yes, we were fervently termed as J3s. haha.)
they had seven, we had five. and yes, we did win the match. but that's not the point.

i hope the J2s have learnt stg from us ey.? (i admit. i had LOADS of fun- that i realy wasnt of much help for my beloved juniors. my bad.!)

rushed off for home after trg to return to my loves.

i went back to my OLD house today.!

like, haha.
when i say old, i meant stg like seven years ago kind of old.

(was to retrieve a mail of mine that was sent to that address cos i dint change my bank account info. i only realised that after 7yrs okay, slenger bacin pls. haha.)

it's the second level.
i had "assalamualaikum" since i knew our house was bought over by a malay family. turns out, an indian lady came to the door.! i really felt retarded, since i already saw pictures of the elephant and whatnots hanging inside but i still greeted in sucha manner.

hahahaa, gonggg.

well, she's the new tenant. and she was extremely nice plus helpful. =)))

thing is. NOTHING from that house have changed.!
(okay, exaggerated. minus the hanging pictures and the newly painted walls.)

the kitchen cabinets were the same;
my uncles made them, mummy/daddy picked the colours and designs.

the living room lightings were the same;
they're in a veryyy odd position cos daddy never finished editing the wirings proper back then.! haha.!

anddd the bedroom doors were the same.!
we had personalized the doors for the diff rooms ourselves, was like a childhood project of ours.! daddy bought some pretty wood carvings and we had to nail-cement-varnish-paint the whole door.!

PS: i love the girl's bedroom door, cos i made them.! hahahaa.

there were definitely plenty of pretty memories surrounding that house. but it's not short of sad ones neither.

but ouwh god, i love my parents dearly.
there was never a moment i felt my childhood being deprived- through the good times, and bad.

the panel of interviewers consisted of a chairman, a member, and a stg-else. the thing is, i dont know- of what.! haha. in any case, they were all nice.! very engaged in the conversation, constantly laughing AT me. haha. i couldnt distinguish the 'bad guy' and the 'good guy' though.


halfway through, my cheek muscles felt cramped.! im sure i wasnt nervous, so it's probly due to excessive smiling. stg that msLin warned me about.! "dont smile too much.! it could show that you're nervous..."

i was not.! i was not.! pfft. i hope they know. haha.

"you're a smiley person by nature anyway," she added. i couldnt agree more. hee.

ouwh. the questions asked were, answer-able. i dint have to pause too long to squeeze out brain juices and convert them to proper strings of sentences. i felt very articulate at that point of time, haha.! though i was definitely full of "...lah"s which was stg being splurted out consciously. sheesh. huahahaa.

the whole event ended on a high note, where farewell sounded satisfyingly happy.? they're my interviewers lah pls.! hahahaa. im contented with my performance (bleargh, totally wrong choice of word, haha.) today and thus even if i dont get the course eventually, i'll accept it as suratan takdir kot.? nyaah.

ouwh.! i made a new acquaintance today, while waiting for my turn. she was very random please.! it was like, half an hour worth of meeting and we were already conversing like we've been friends for ages.! haha.

"the interviewers are like fairygodmothers who will grant you your wish.!" she said. haha.

im not sure who was comforting who- she was the very nervous one.! and i was very thankful of her presence too.! we gave each other a hug before bidding farewell into different interview rooms. (she asked for it can. hee.) sucha sweet lady.! =)))

sad thing is, i dint quite catch her name- or any form of contacts. =(

KFC-ed with Nat darling and Aimah baby after match- the juniors abandoned us.! sheesh, haha. nat's a great company.! whee. =))

bus ride to Orchard, goodbye to nat, hello to Borders- with Aimah. OMG. books are so much more tempting when they're newww (even for someone who is not THAT fond of reading). haha. made our purchase- for stg i shud have started months ago. least it IS starting.? yeahh.

headed to downtown, Aloha chalet after marghrib. a cousin's cousin bday. nothing much, since we're not closely related- but food was good nonetheless and atmosphere was lively. uhhuh.
